The rooms and living area were quite comfortable. We got to observe plenty of wildlife, including stunning birds and their sounds. The management was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great two-night stay, making it a perfect spot for families. Plus, it’s conveniently located with easy access to Kataragama.

We had a fantastic time here. The value for money is excellent! The restaurant and the food are outstanding; his wife prepared a delicious meal. The garden is beautiful as well. The host is the most attentive we've encountered; he assisted with everything. I would recommend this place to anyone; I can’t understand why anyone would rate it lower than 5 stars. It was truly a memorable experience thanks to the host! If we return to Sri Lanka, we will definitely come back here.

This is a fantastic place run by a lovely family who made us feel like we were part of their own. Mr. Nandana, the owner, ensured that everything was perfect for us—from the delicious food to the best safari ever, and even organizing our trip to the next destination. The food was among the best I’ve ever tasted, and the rooms were exceptionally clean (I walked around barefoot and felt like I was gliding on the shiny floor). The property is stunning, featuring beautiful trees and an artificial lake. The peacocks wandering the grounds added to the natural ambiance. I strongly recommend staying here for at least 3-4 days.

We only spent one night here, but it was enough to really appreciate it. Nandan was exceptionally kind and paid close attention to every aspect of our visit, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the rooms were immaculate and well-equipped. The incredible biodiversity and natural beauty of the area added to the unforgettable experience. We absolutely loved it!!!

Lavish Eco Jungle Resort provides a tranquil atmosphere in a peaceful jungle environment—ideal for a quick retreat close to Yala National Park. The hospitality is outstanding, thanks to the friendly and soft-spoken owner who makes you feel right at home. We enjoyed the delicious local cuisine and the cozy bungalow, surrounded by the sounds of wildlife for a true nature experience. I highly recommend it for those who love nature!
