    Disappointing Chicken Nasi Experience

    We decided to try the Chicken Nasi, but it turned out to be quite a letdown. The dish was overly greasy, which really impacted the taste and enjoyment of the meal. The flavor was subpar and didn't live up to our expectations. Given the quality and portion size, we felt the price was significantly inflated. It just didn’t seem like good value for money. Based on the cost, we anticipated a much better dining experience. In the end, the food quality simply didn’t warrant the price we paid, and we left feeling unsatisfied.

    Delicious and Flavorful Dining Experience

    The food was incredibly tasty and delicious. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It truly was a wonderful dining experience.

    Disappointing Service and Average Food

    I visited Moon Light Restaurant and ordered Chicken Kizhi Parotta, Paneer Koththu, and Hot Butter Prawns. The Chicken Kizhi Parotta was incredibly spicy, making it inedible for us. We brought it to the attention of the waiter, and later the manager stepped in. While they refunded us for the dish, our primary concern wasn't the money. We had hoped the staff would be more attentive and responsible. They should have tasted the dish beforehand, explained the spice level, or offered a replacement. We were looking forward to a pleasant dining experience rather than just receiving a refund. The Paneer Koththu and Hot Butter Prawns were just average—nothing memorable. The way our issue was addressed was the biggest letdown. Good customer service is about truly listening to customers and responding thoughtfully. In the end, the combination of mediocre food and unsatisfactory service left us disappointed.
