Disappointing Service and Food
Awful customer service and low food quality. The dishes arrived cold, and the drinks were not chilled. They don't respond to phone calls regarding food complaints, and there is no manager or anyone in charge to handle issues.

Mixed Experience at Khalids Biriyani
Khalids Biriyani is known for its authentic Indian cuisine. My brother and I dined there for dinner. Be prepared to exercise some patience while you wait for your food. I suggest ordering your meal and reserving a table in advance to save time and maintain your mood. Chicken Tikka Masala - 2.5/5 Taste - 1.5/5 Portions - 1/5 As usual, the flavor didn't live up to the hype. The quality and portion sizes need significant improvement. It would be beneficial for the management and chef to sample their dishes to identify what's lacking. Refining the recipe could add value. Garlic Naan - 2.0/5 The bread was not soft; it was crispy and dry. However, a few loaves were in decent condition, and they generously topped them with garlic, which was a positive note. Still, the naan definitely needs enhancement. Chicken Platter - 3.5/5 This was the only highlight of our meal, but the portions should be larger. The platter was overloaded with bread, and the chicken servings need to be increased. I hope the restaurant addresses these quality issues next time. Overall, my experience rates a 3.0/5.
