The biriyani was delicious and certainly justified the cost. The staff were attentive and warm, enhancing the overall experience. However, the only drawback is that the parking area is rather limited.

During our stay in Jaffna, we dined at this restaurant on both days. The service was outstanding and the food was quite good. We enjoyed the Crab curry each day, and the portion sizes were generous considering the very reasonable prices. The biriyani was also delicious. Overall, I highly recommend the crab curry with Naan; it’s a different experience compared to Colombo. The service was truly commendable! However, the atmosphere and dining area left something to be desired. They were poorly maintained and require significant cleaning and repairs, which made it feel unhygienic. I hope they address this issue because the food was fantastic.

I had the chicken tandoori, but it came out cold and seemed old, possibly from a previous lunch service or even the day before. It felt like they would never serve cold, old chicken to a local, and because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this restaurant. I rarely encounter something like this, so I wanted to share this for travelers.

Cosy Hotel truly lives up to its name — it's a friendly and inviting place where the staff make you feel right at home. The food is impressive, particularly the fried rice made with Keeri Samba rice, which is bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The mutton dish was also tasty and well-prepared. In general, the prices are quite reasonable given the quality provided. It's a fantastic choice for a laid-back stay with great food!

We dined at the restaurant and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly—definitely deserving of 5 stars for their service. The crab and mutton curry were among the best we've tasted, bursting with rich flavors. The only drawback was the high cost of the side dishes, like plain rice and naan, which were quite pricey!

I stopped by for lunch and had the best biriyani I've ever tasted in Sri Lanka. Definitely worth the money. Be sure to try the Jaffna Crab Curry too!

We've visited Cosy on two occasions, and both experiences were enjoyable. The cuisine includes both Indian and Chinese, but we've stuck to the Indian options. The staff was welcoming, though there was a slight delay in service. I'd definitely recommend this place!

I visited for dinner and had to try the renowned Jaffna Crab curry, which turned out to be fantastic! This place comes highly recommended. While the food was outstanding, the interior could use some updates.

I just ordered a veggie hot and sour soup through Uber. Unfortunately, it arrived in a hot bag that was unsealed, with the mouth closed by a rubber band, making it impossible to eat from. I contacted management to express my concerns and was informed that PHI regulations prohibit plastic soup containers, even though there are recyclable and sustainable options available on the market. Being at the office without any alternative container, I ended up having to throw the soup away. Considering this restaurant's above-average prices in Jaffna, such service mistakes shouldn't be overlooked!

I typically come here just for their soup, which is the best I've had in Jaffna. I've tried various other restaurants, but none have soup that can compete with theirs. I highly recommend it! I suggest trying the hot and sour seafood soup. They used to offer a Schezwan option, but it's not available these days, and I really miss it.
