Friendly management, rooms need work
The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring you feel welcomed and well taken care of. On the other hand, the rooms could definitely use some upgrades.

During my recent trip to Jaffna, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-kept, which provided a comfortable retreat after long days of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with our needs. The location was ideal, close to various attractions yet still quiet and serene. I particularly enjoyed the tasty food served at the hotel; it truly showcased local flavors! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Jaffna. During our visit to Jaffna, we booked a stay at Yal's town inn. The family room was roomy and well-maintained, equipped with air conditioning and hot water. Although the TV was out of order, it didn't significantly impact our stay. The staff were welcoming, contributing to an overall positive experience.

The accommodation is simple yet tidy and cozy. It's conveniently located in the center, but since it's slightly away from the main road, it's pleasantly quiet. We had a delightful breakfast, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Located right in the heart of Jaffna town, this place is easy to reach from both the bus and railway stations via tuk-tuk. Just a heads up, though—it's tucked away in a narrow alley that you might overlook if you're not using Google Maps live. For the price, it's a nice spot. The staff are genuinely eager to go above and beyond to ensure your comfort during your stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast on both mornings we were there, which included string hoppers, egg curry, soya fries, and sambar. On the second morning, the staff even made an extra effort to get a loaf of bread and serve toast for my picky travel companion, which I found to be very accommodating. Kudos to them! Overall, I would recommend this place for its convenient location and incredibly friendly staff.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the train station, bus stand, and shops. The vibe is very much budget-friendly. Given its pricing, it's certainly a budget hotel, and reviews should take that into account as well. For a budget hotel…
