This is a really cozy spot to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered top-notch room service. My room was spotless, peaceful, and felt quite luxurious. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a comfortable and high-end experience in Jaffna.

During my recent trip to Jaffna, I stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. Everything was neatly arranged, which contributed to a very relaxing stay. The staff were wonderful and exceptionally friendly. One staff member, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though he only spoke a bit of Sinhala, he made a real effort to communicate and assist me with all my needs. The breakfast was also quite good and enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaffna.

I know this is a late review, but I must highlight the fantastic service! The staff was incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. My friends checked in early at 5 am, and they mentioned it was no issue at all. When we got there, they opened the gate for us. The room was quite comfortable, clean, and well-kept. We only stayed for about 2 to 3 hours, but it was a peaceful spot with no sense of rush.
