The place was just okay. This review mainly highlights the frustrating experience with the doctor, Dr. Maduwanthi Dissanayake, who was supposed to begin consultations at 12:30 but arrived at 2 PM without any concern. There was no one available to provide updates, apologize, or explain the delay. It felt like neither the clinic nor the doctor cared about the patients waiting around.

I took my father for a checkup with Dr. Saliya Pathirana at Golden Key Hospital, which is a government-approved private facility focusing on ENT and eye care. The staff were friendly, the service was warm, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available. While the toilet and canteen could use some upgrades, the overall visit was a good one. If you have an appointment during peak hours, I recommend arriving early because the traffic in the area can be heavy.

There’s a Tamil lady pharmacist who works there. She is incredibly kind, helpful, and has a sweet way of speaking. Pharmacists like her are truly hard to find.
