Helpful owner in a prime location

This place is situated in a fantastic spot, just steps away from a lovely beach. You’ll find shops, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The owner is really nice, always friendly and eager to assist. He arranged transportation for us to Colombo and genuinely cares about his guests. We had a wonderful stay there.

Great Spot for Sunsets and Relaxation

I visited with my family, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is beautiful, especially for enjoying evening sunsets and unwinding. The food and drinks are quite good. Spending the night at the beach close to the villa was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it.

Great beachfront stay with local charm

The location is fantastic, and the air-conditioned room is quite pleasant, featuring a comfortable bed. The bathroom is both clean and roomy. The villa boasts a beachfront restaurant offering tasty and authentic Sri Lankan dishes. Plus, there's a beach volleyball net, making it easy to engage in some sports with the friendly and accommodating locals.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

I had a fantastic time at Sea View Villa Bentota–Induruwa. The location is simply ideal — just a short walk from the gorgeous beach, and the breathtaking ocean views make every moment feel both relaxing and special. The villa itself was spotless, cozy, and very well-kept. The rooms were roomy, and the tranquil atmosphere created a perfect escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we required. What I appreciated the most was the peaceful beachfront ambiance — waking up to the sound of the waves and feeling the fresh sea breeze was truly unforgettable. It’s a great spot for couples, families, or anyone wanting to relax by the ocean. I highly recommend Sea View Villa for a memorable and comfortable stay in Bentota–Induruwa. I would absolutely love to return!

Spacious rooms, but outside needs work

The accommodations are roomy and tidy, with air conditioning and hot showers. There's a kitchen and a large balcony available. Breakfast is enjoyable. The host is attentive and makes an effort to be accommodating. However, the outdoor space is disappointing due to heaps of trash, worn-out loungers, clutter, and loud music.

Charming Beachfront Stay with Great Service

This place is a true hidden gem. The rooms are tidy and well-maintained, and Shashi, the host, is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The customer service is outstanding, always meeting our needs. They also help organize trips with local companies, ensuring you don’t get overcharged, and they arranged our transportation to and from the location. As a family-run business, it’s situated right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy breakfast by the sea every morning 😊. Kudos to Shashi, and thank you for making us feel so welcome. I was let down by the state of the room. It wasn't clean, there was a distinct unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. These problems greatly impacted my comfort during the stay. I hope management will take these issues seriously and enhance their housekeeping and maintenance standards for future visitors.
