    Charming stay with a kind host

    This place is seriously underrated. We were looking for a place to stay for just one night and found many options. It’s a prime example of how reviews can be misleading. An elderly gentleman welcomed us warmly and patiently waited for our arrival late into the night. The room exceeded our expectations; it was clean, spacious, bright, and modern, especially considering the low price. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Before we checked out, Kumare, the lovely man who greeted us, kindly showed us the way to the beach (video attached), which has sun beds and shade. (It does involve crossing a few small paths, but we didn’t mind that.) Right near the beach is a restaurant. Kumare also wrote us a lovely note, proving to be the kindest host imaginable. We wish you all the best and thank you for making our brief stay so memorable.

    Great stay near the beach

    The staff was polite and accommodating. The property is quite large, which seems to be overlooked in other reviews. The rooms were immaculate, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. It's just a short 3 to 4-minute walk to the beach.

    Great beach vacation spot

    I visited with my family during our vacation. It's a lovely location to enjoy the beach, the rooms are tidy, and I was pleased with both the service and the amenities. I highly recommend it.

    Beautiful beachside retreat

    This place is absolutely stunning with its own private beach access. It's very tranquil and the staff are incredibly friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and even got the chance to play the piano in the private house. I would definitely recommend this spot. I've attached some photos of the beach.

    Great beach proximity

    This is a great place to stay. It's located very close to a beautiful beach, ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach repeatedly, both in the morning and at night.

    Great stay at Palm Beach Inn

    I had a fantastic time at Palm Beach Inn & Sea Shells Cabana. The rooms were clean and well-kept, the service was quick and courteous, and the location couldn't be better—just a stone's throw from the beach. The atmosphere was tranquil, and the hospitality was excellent. I will definitely come back again.

    Comfortable stay with friendly staff

    This hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with comfortable rooms. The entire staff is friendly and trustworthy. I particularly enjoyed the beach restaurant they have, where we can also participate in beach activities. Overall, I would say this hotel is quite good.

    Severe cleanliness issues and poor service

    My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was in a very dirty state and not well-kept. The presence of bed bugs was the worst part, making it impossible to sleep soundly. This raises serious hygiene concerns and is entirely unacceptable for a hotel. Additionally, there was a significant mosquito issue, and the hotel took no proper measures to address it. The bathroom was also unclean and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the behavior of the staff was lacking. They seemed careless and unresponsive, showing little regard for guest comfort or complaints. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all. I would strongly recommend steering clear of this hotel until they implement substantial improvements in cleanliness and customer service.

    Beautiful Beachfront, But Lacks Upkeep

    This place has a stunning location on what feels like a private beach, surrounded by lush trees and the soothing sounds of birds - it truly is a beautiful setting. However, that's where the positives end. The rooms are clearly in need of maintenance and feel quite run down, giving off an impression of long-neglected upkeep. The dining area is poorly suited for the climate; shockingly, there's just one fan, making it really uncomfortable to dine in the heat. Breakfast is only passable and while the staff are courteous, that’s not enough to make up for the overall disappointing experience. To add to the woes, the restaurant is now closed, further restricting the already limited facilities. With such an amazing beachfront location, this place had so much potential, but unfortunately, it feels completely squandered in its current condition.
