I had a fantastic experience at Navadoo Resort Sigiriya. The place was spotless and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was warm and accommodating. A special shoutout to the front office team for their friendly welcome and support during my visit. I also want to thank Lochana for going the extra mile to enhance my experience. I highly recommend this resort!

We had a wonderful time at this resort, with the staff and the pool being the highlights. The pool area gets sun almost all day long, and the water temperature is just perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was a bit of mildew on the bathroom wall, likely due to the absence of large windows for ventilation, but it didn't really bother us much. The bed was the best one we experienced in Sri Lanka, and the breakfast was delightful. I would definitely return.

The rooms are fantastic and offer great value for the price! ❤️ I highly recommend this place for families. However, I wasn't pleased with the buffet, especially the dinner options, although breakfast was really enjoyable. 🤩 The outdoor areas of the resort could use better maintenance; a well-kept garden would really enhance the experience.

We had a wonderful time at Nivadoo Resort in Sigiriya during our recent visit. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Puvi, our steward who welcomed us and served our lunch, was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive—she truly went out of her way to ensure our comfort. The rooms were both cozy and spacious. Aside from a small issue with the hot water system, everything else was well beyond what we anticipated. As for the food, I would definitely give it a 10/10! A big shoutout to the head chef, Mr. Dilan, who I believe is a real gem for the hotel. He skillfully balanced all the dishes and provided a delightful variety in the food selection. I wholeheartedly recommend Nivadoo Resort, Sigiriya, to anyone seeking a perfect getaway without regrets. Thank you!

We spent two nights at Nivadoo over New Year and had a pleasant experience overall. There were some issues with our Loris Tour, but the reservations team ensured everything was resolved satisfactorily. The food was decent, featuring a large buffet with many options, though it leaned heavily towards western cuisine. Unfortunately, the food sat out too long, which affected its quality as the evening went on. The room was stunning but very humid, with the dampness noticeable in the carpeted walls. The AC helped to alleviate the smell. The pool was amazing! In summary, it was a good experience, though there's definitely room for improvement.

The resort is quite attractive, and the rooms are appealing as well. However, the fabric-covered walls had an unusual smell that intensified when we turned on the AC. Additionally, the bathroom door didn’t shut completely. Overall, our stay was decent, but we were let down by a staff member who misled us regarding tuktuk prices. We inquired about the fare to a restaurant 4km away, and she quoted 1500 LKR. Unaware of the actual rates, we asked her to arrange a tuktuk, only to find out later that it should have cost under 500 LKR. Since there's not much in the vicinity, you’ll need to use a tuktuk or taxi to get around. While PickMe is an option, it tends to take a while. The resort is also not very close to Sigiriya Rock. There was construction happening on the property, but fortunately, it wasn’t noisy. All in all, it’s a nice place, but not worth the price. The location leaves something to be desired, and while the breakfast selection is good, the flavors were rather average.

We had a lovely time at Nivadoo Resort. Nestled in a tranquil setting surrounded by nature, it’s an ideal spot to unwind after exploring Sigiriya. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and well-kept, contributing to the serene atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the resort, and the food was quite impressive—flavorful, freshly prepared, and served in ample portions. The ambiance of the property was perfect for relaxing and taking a breather. In summary, Nivadoo Resort is an excellent option for a peaceful getaway near Sigiriya, with a homely vibe, warm hospitality, and great value for the price. We highly recommend it and would love to return.

We had a delightful experience during our stay. Our safari "pod" was nestled among the trees, accompanied by the sounds of various exotic birds. The pod had all the necessary amenities. The pool was located in a beautifully tranquil area, and the staff provided excellent service. We found breakfast to be enjoyable, making our few days here quite pleasant.
