I had a fantastic experience with wonderful people. The rooms were tidy and cozy, and the food was outstanding. This is likely the best budget-friendly choice in Sigiriya. I highly recommend it. A big thank you to the owners for keeping the standards high here. I will definitely return.

We had an amazing experience! The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and well-informed. Sharing dinner and breakfast in a communal setting was a fantastic opportunity to connect with others. Renting a bike to explore the area worked out perfectly for us! We would definitely return!

Staying at this hostel had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and assisted us with organizing tours and transport. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, that's typical for most hostels. The area around the hostel is pleasant, but it could use more comfortable outdoor relaxation spots. Breakfast and dinner were quite good, though sometimes spicier than anticipated (as is often the case elsewhere). The rooms appeared nice but had an unusual smell, and the bathroom floors were consistently wet; the toilets themselves felt a bit unstable. Most importantly, on our last night, we discovered bedbugs in one of our dorm beds. We reported this to the staff, who promptly addressed the issue, providing us with different beds when possible, and assisted with cleaning and steaming our clothes and backpacks at high temperatures. They also steamed all the rooms the following day. Hopefully, this resolved the bedbug problem.

Loku truly embodies hospitality. They assisted us in booking the Echo Park Safari at an excellent price of 7,000R (this is definitely something you should experience!). The food is vegan, but honestly quite delicious and provided us with the energy we needed for our adventures. Every staff member was courteous and genuinely friendly, always wearing a smile and ready to help whenever necessary. I can't recommend this place enough! 🔥♥️

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent; we appreciated being a bit farther out, away from the noise. There’s plenty of seating available to relax, though the hammocks are still on the way. The staff are incredibly friendly, and a tuk tuk ride to the village is just 500. Renting bikes is a fantastic way to explore the lakes and nearby paths. Our private room was spacious, and the dorms appeared nice as well. The WiFi was good, but there was no service. The complimentary family dinner and breakfast were wonderful; they brought everyone together after a day out and created a very social atmosphere. Beautiful experience overall.
