Suriya and his wife were amazing hosts! We felt warmly welcomed, and they even made us a fresh meal late on the night we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, and the terrace with a view of Sigiriya Rock is simply stunning, surrounded by nature. We also took two tours with Suriya, both of which were excellently organized and very affordable. We would definitely come back!

This family-owned establishment features very clean rooms. The hosts are incredibly helpful with anything you need, and you get a fantastic view of Lion Rock!

I was warmly welcomed at this place! The hosts are very accommodating and can be reached via WhatsApp. Suryia provides great recommendations for local activities and coordinates with her tuk-tuk driver to ensure you have an enjoyable experience! I got to visit Dambulla, Polonnaruwa, and even catch the sunrise at Lion's Rock! They also offer delicious cooking services, which I highly recommend. I had a wonderful time! Plus, you get a direct view of Lion's Rock from the terrace!

Our stay was fantastic. We received excellent care throughout, from breakfast to help with organizing trips and recommending activities—there’s really nothing to complain about. The room was spacious and clean, and the terrace offered a breathtaking view. Plus, the yard is a lovely spot to unwind.

This place is quite dirty. The dogs are constantly barking, and the kitchen cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The charges for the safari jeep are overly pricey. They mislead visitors by claiming they offer a village tour. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I reserved this place mainly for the 'Palace View,' but instead, our room faced a concrete wall and some trees. I was really let down by the misleading name.

The Wi-Fi at this place is really slow and frequently disconnects. It made it very difficult for us to organize our day or handle any remote tasks.

At first glance, the room seemed alright, but I was disappointed to find that the bathroom wasn't cleaned well and the bedsheets had stains. I definitely anticipated higher hygiene standards.

Mr. Surya and his family are incredibly welcoming hosts. Their homestay creates a delightful atmosphere, filled with the sounds of chirping birds and other creatures. A gentle breeze rustles through the leaves, creating a serene ambiance as if nature is performing. The view of Sigiriya rock from the stay is beautiful. They serve home-cooked local dishes made with genuine care, and it truly reflects in the flavors. Be sure to try the coconut crepes, coconut dal, and sambal—really, you can't go wrong with any dish. Mr. Surya is very accommodating and knowledgeable; he patiently guided me around in his tuk tuk to all the local attractions, even helping me spot a family of wild elephants.
