Stunning location and friendly staff

I had a fantastic time at Club Bentota. The setting is truly beautiful, with the river on one side and the beach on the other, providing stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, contributing to a very relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with a smile, enhancing the overall experience. The food was tasty, with a nice variety of choices, and the resort's ambiance was calming and refreshing. The amenities, including the pool and recreational activities, were well organized and fun. Overall, it was a memorable visit, and I highly recommend Club Bentota for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Sri Lanka. I would definitely love to return! So thanks to Mr. Manori.

Mixed Experience at the Hotel

When we first arrived at the hotel where our boat ride began, the place struck us as quite old and in need of some updates. We were assigned to Deluxe room 220/406, which turned out to be much smaller than we anticipated. The bathroom was snug, and there was a door connecting to the neighboring room. The staff mentioned we would be moved to a suite. We managed to check in around 4:30 pm, but the suite was excessively spacious. Unfortunately, the television didn’t work, the water heater was broken, and there was an issue with charging the phone. The corridor door was also locked. Despite these setbacks, we tried to stay patient. In the middle of the night, we experienced a sudden power outage that lasted about an hour. A phone rang, but nobody picked up. Eventually, the staff came to check on us and guided us back to our room. We managed to get some rest and were advised to stay put. The food was decent, but the swimming pool was filled with trash, which felt quite unsanitary.

Great service and delicious food

We were very pleased with the service from Manori and Ranjith. The food was quite tasty. The rooms were decent as well. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel offers a nice atmosphere and view too. Overall, we are really happy with the service. It's a nice hotel.

Wonderful anniversary experience!
