I can't recommend this place. We spent four nights there. While the swimming pool was nice and clean, the nearby beach was not up to par. Our room felt cramped and outdated, definitely in need of an upgrade. Throughout our stay, the room wasn't cleaned, and the hot water was inconsistent. There was no fridge, the balcony door lacked a handle, and the air conditioning was quite old. They only offered an English breakfast. Dinner portions were very small with limited options, featuring mainly fried rice and just a few dishes, sadly lacking any local cuisine. The host was rather rude. Since we had to leave for the airport early and couldn't have breakfast, I requested not to be charged for it, which seemed to upset him. He even suggested we find alternative accommodations for our last night. Overall, it was a distressing and unpleasant experience.

This was undoubtedly the highlight of our three-week trip in Sri Lanka! The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, featuring hot water, international TV, and a clean pool, all set in a spacious courtyard with sunbeds. The beach was just a few steps away. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and inviting. They served delicious locally sourced food that we thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The owners were truly wonderful and incredibly accommodating. However, the room itself felt quite outdated, and there was only a single plug socket available. Additionally, the TV was disappointing since it only offered one channel in Lanken.

Last week, we spent a night at this villa in Sri Lanka, and I have to say, the room was cozy, clean, and well-kept. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The villa is just a short walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the Sri Lankan food they served, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a lovely stay there.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the time we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with any needs. The room was cozy, and the location was ideal, just a short distance from a lovely beach and conveniently close to transport options. I particularly loved the tasty breakfast each morning. I genuinely felt at home and will certainly come back on my next trip. Highly recommended, 10/10 for you wonderful people.
