Wonderful Stay at Trinco Relax Huts

We had a fantastic experience at Trinco Relax Huts and would definitely recommend it! The rooms are spacious and very nice, complete with a private bathroom, and they were exceptionally clean! The bed is enormous and so comfortable!! The location is perfect, right by the beach, which offers plenty of dining options. However, make sure to check out the Thambi Italian restaurant on-site for the most authentic Italian cuisine. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful.

Manager's behavior overshadowed stay

We had a rough experience with the manager, who was quite rude to us. We reserved a room that wasn’t cheap, and at one point, he started yelling and wouldn't stop. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going there since you can find better and more affordable options in a nicer area. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and our room was infested with mosquitoes. (ישראלים- להרגשתנו הוא התעצבן עלינו כי אנחנו ישראליות)

Avoid this hotel at all costs

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms were extremely dirty, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There were leaks everywhere, and even the toilet was leaking onto the bathroom floor. The service was terrible, and the overall professionalism of the place was lacking. Honestly, even sleeping on the beach at Trinco would be a better option than staying here.

Weird vibe and uncomfortable host

Avoid booking this place! The atmosphere feels quite off. Initially, the host seems really friendly, but watch out. He attempts to buy drinks for all the women and wants to accompany them to the club. He even comes into the dorm rooms at night, and during the day, he takes every opportunity to be overly touchy. When it was time for us to check out, he yelled at us for not paying him earlier, but typically you settle your bill upon departure. He became defensive and shouted in our faces. It was not a pleasant experience, so I wouldn't recommend this place for solo travelers.

Great stay with amazing room and service

After being disappointed by a nearby hotel, we decided to try this place at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic price. The location is ideal, situated near a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Our room was incredible—complete with an en-suite, air conditioning, and a large bed that was the most comfortable I've slept in for ages. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend dining at the Italian restaurant that’s part of this establishment. It was an amazing stay!

Unpleasant experience with staff

Avoid this place! The bathroom has a terrible odor and the beds were dusty. Initially, the host seemed friendly and laid-back, but during our stay, he yelled at us for leaving the lights on for just a moment and was generally very rude. I won't return here again.

Great value and helpful staff

I highly recommend this place! The rooms are clean and well-kept, making it a fantastic value. The staff are truly amazing and very helpful with everything. They even took the time to find me the easiest and cheapest way to get to Arugam Bay. Thank you!❤️

Lack of Privacy and Poor Service

My stay here was disappointing due to serious privacy and safety issues. The most alarming aspect was the complete absence of privacy; staff members entered rooms while guests were away, making us feel uneasy about the security of our belongings. If you care about your privacy and the safety of your luggage, I suggest looking elsewhere. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional. One female employee was particularly disrespectful and seemed to be intoxicated during our visits, which made communication very challenging and her demeanor unpleasant. There were also problems with the amenities and cleanliness. The air conditioning would be turned off by management as soon as we left our room, which was quite frustrating. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the property was subpar; it felt unkempt and not at all welcoming. In summary, I cannot recommend this place due to the lack of basic respect for guests, hygiene concerns, and the unsettling practice of entering rooms without consent, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

Great stay with excellent service

I enjoyed a fantastic five-day stay here. The location is very peaceful, yet still conveniently close to everything you might need. A special shoutout to Charu, the manager, who truly excelled during my visit. She went the extra mile to assist me, including helping with a scooter rental, which made it much easier to explore the area. The cabins are spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; I honestly had some of the best sleep I've experienced while traveling. Breakfast was also a daily highlight, fresh and tasty. Overall, a great value!
