Affordable stay with some drawbacks

We spent a night in a double room, but even the drinking water wasn't complimentary. There was no warm water available for bathing, and you have to request basic items like bathroom soap and towels, or you won't receive them. On the bright side, the price was quite reasonable, and the TV functioned well.

Average experience with potential

Manager Needs Improvement

I really can’t recommend this place at all. The manager was quite rude to the guests and seemed unsure how to interact with them. Additionally, the bed sheets were filthy and clearly not cleaned.

Great venue for events and functions

This venue is great for hosting events and functions. The parking and other amenities are satisfactory. The reception hall and dining rooms are particularly impressive. The dining area is located on the first floor, so you need to use the stairs to reach it. It can accommodate about 40 guests at once. The staff's service is outstanding. The rental and booking prices for this hotel and hall are quite reasonable. Overall, this place is a solid choice for a middle-class wedding.

Spacious Rooms with Room for Improvement

The rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning and hot water, making them a good value for the price. They do have an elevator, which is a plus. However, it’s advisable to bring your own kettle or electric heater since those aren’t provided in the rooms. While the bed sheets and pillowcases are clean, they do show signs of heavy use. There’s definitely room for improvement in the cleaning services; although the floors were mopped, it seems the staff doesn't focus enough on thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms and balconies, which were neglected, as well as the glass-topped tables. It would be beneficial if a manager could oversee the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms more closely. On the upside, the place feels safe, is child-friendly, and is conveniently accessible. It has great potential if they could address these minor but significant sanitation issues.

Disappointing service at the hotel

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The manager was unprofessional and spoke rudely to guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I checked in this morning, but after just three hours, I opted to check out due to his behavior. He insisted on payment before even showing me the room, which I found to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. Management really needs to work on their customer service approach. Basic courtesy is crucial in the hospitality industry.
