    Exceptional hospitality at Uppuveli Beach

    Our tour was truly a dream, highlighted by exceptional hospitality! From the moment we landed at the airport, the warmth of Sri Lankan hospitality was a constant theme throughout our trip. Arriving at Uppuveli Beach by DSK in Trincomalee took it up a notch: we received a wonderfully warm welcome from the doorman and the entire staff. Their extraordinary friendliness was evident all over the property, with every need anticipated before we even had to ask. The restaurant manager, who was very charming, clearly leads his team with excellence. We particularly want to acknowledge Mahesh in the main restaurant and Kokeshraj in the beach restaurant, both of whom performed their roles with great joy and skill. This level of professionalism, contagious energy, and genuine enthusiasm for their work truly defines the vibe of the entire place. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone for making our stay so dreamlike during our journey. Herzlichen Dank! A small, well-intentioned suggestion for management: if the dedicated junior staff could be provided with more comfortable shoes, their already superb hospitality could reach absolute perfection!

    Wonderful stay at Uppuveli Beach

    We had a fantastic experience at Uppuveli Beach by DSK! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool was delightful, all set in a tranquil environment. The staff were friendly and attentive during our entire visit, and the food was top-notch. It's an ideal spot to unwind and take in the stunning surroundings. I highly recommend it!     Great stay with excellent service

    We spent a week here and absolutely loved it! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the service was outstanding. Our room featured a private pool, which we highly recommend – it really enhanced our experience. We also arranged for an airport transfer, and it was very enjoyable; the driver was exceptionally kind and professional. While the transfer was a bit on the expensive side, it was convenient and well-organized. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

    Beautiful resort with great service

    We spent a few days there after a long journey. The resort is situated in a stunning location. Our rooms were provided in a tidy, pleasant state. I particularly appreciated how helpful and attentive the hotel staff were whenever we needed help. The food was also superb. I'm really pleased we enjoyed a few lovely days there. It was genuinely relaxing and rejuvenating.

    Wonderful Stay and Engagement at Uppuvelli Beach

    I recently got engaged at Uppuvelli Beach, and it was an amazing experience. This hotel right by the beach has such outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the location couldn't be better. If you're considering hosting an event, I highly recommend Tharsika, the events executive. She was attentive and kind, helping to organize a truly magical night for us. Her prompt responses and willingness to go above and beyond made our trip unforgettable. She's a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I would trust her with any planning needs. Sanjaya, a diligent restaurant staff member, always greeted us with a smile each morning and evening, making us feel very welcome. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and 10/10 would recommend. They were also super helpful in arranging activities like pigeon island and river fishing, which ended up being our favorite part of the trip.
