We recently spent two nights in a deluxe room. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, offering a stunning view. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. You won't have to worry about parking or road conditions. Everything was just right, making it an outstanding hotel! ❤️

We enjoyed a fantastic view from the beautiful balcony! My family and I stayed here, and it's a great option for accommodations in Nuwara Eliya, right next to Gregory Lake. The manager, Mr. Mahela, was very nice and the staff were friendly, making us feel welcome.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel with my family! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location right across from Gregory Lake offered stunning views. The highlight was definitely the food. We enjoyed the tastiest meals for every occasion, with everything being high-quality and freshly prepared. Excellent hospitality, and I highly recommend this place!

The location is fantastic, but that's where the positives end. Our room was on the side and quite sparse, looking nothing like the pictures online. The balcony faced a rock wall at the back. The shower was temperamental, only providing hot water occasionally, which is a common issue with electric showers. There was a group of us expecting dinner options, but we were given worn takeout menus instead of a buffet. So, we ended up going downtown for our meal. Breakfast was an improvement, indicating there is a kitchen! However, getting milk was quite a chore. Why is that? Overall, I was left feeling disappointed, unfortunately.

The location was fantastic, room service met our needs, and we were impressed by the overall cleanliness and hygiene.
