The service and amenities at the hotel are quite impressive. The front desk greeted us with a high level of professionalism, and the staff were all very friendly. They are open to fulfilling any requests you might have. The hotel offers stunning views from the room balconies, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The initial welcome was lacking, and the young staff seemed disorganized. We encountered a leaking bathroom basin that spilled water onto the floor each time we turned on the tap, and there weren't enough towels. The shower gel provided was half-used, and while tea was available in the room, there were no coffee sachets. Breakfast wasn't served at the promised time of 7:30 am. On a positive note, the bed was quite comfortable! I would recommend considering this place only if you're on a very tight budget. However, Nawaraeliya itself is truly wonderful; we loved the town, its views, and the overall atmosphere.

We had a fantastic time at Top Rich Restaurant! The food was incredibly tasty, and the service was top-notch. Every dish was served with care, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Mr. Shehan Dilranga, who attended to us—he was very attentive, polite, and truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended! ❤️

I spent a week in Nuwara Eliya, and I got to stay at this hotel on my last day. It was definitely worth the money! This place is perfect for couples, offering a lovely atmosphere and a memorable experience. The service was top-notch, and the manager was very friendly and communicated with us effectively. He offered us a great rate for my friends and me, which we really appreciated. Additionally, he even arranged for a complimentary room for our driver, which was a thoughtful gesture. The only minor drawback was that the shower's water pressure was slightly low, and the hot water didn’t always flow strongly. I hope they can enhance this. A huge thank you to the manager, the staff, and our friend from Kurunegala for making our stay so pleasant. We genuinely appreciate your warm hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya!

We enjoyed a fantastic view from the beautiful balcony! My family and I stayed here, and it's a great option for accommodations in Nuwara Eliya, right next to Gregory Lake. The manager, Mr. Mahela, was very nice and the staff were friendly, making us feel welcome.
