I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Montagna. The food and room service were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-organized. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Nuwara Eliya!

I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant, especially in the morning with a lovely garden view. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well. The staff were all friendly, which contributed to a great overall experience. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area.

Montagna Luxury Hotel is located in Nuwara Eliya, just a short walk from Gregory Park and popular spots like Pizza Hut and Domino's. The decor of the hotel is lovely, as it is brand new and well-furnished, making it a pleasant and clean environment. 🤩 However, while the interior is stunning, the garden and surrounding areas are not as vibrant or attractive as they seem in some promotional images. The exterior view and overall appearance of the hotel are rather average. 🧐 The staff is exceptionally friendly, and upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious cinnamon tea. The service was excellent.👌 Although the location's view and front appearance are average, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. 😍 We had two connected rooms that featured a shared common area with their own dining table and seating. The only downside was that the hotel quoted higher room rates at the front desk than what was listed on Booking.com at that moment. 😠 If you plan to stay here, I recommend booking through Booking.com for better rates.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a really nice experience. Right from the start, the receptionist was warm and professional. She welcomed me with a smile, quickly confirmed my reservation, and promptly showed me to my table. Her friendly demeanor really set a positive vibe for the evening. The restaurant had a cozy feel, and the staff remained attentive throughout my meal. The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Service was efficient, with the servers checking in just the right amount without being overbearing. What really impressed me was the receptionist's outstanding customer service. She handled the busy entrance seamlessly while ensuring that each guest felt appreciated. All in all, I would certainly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and its friendly, professional service.

We arrived at the hotel about three days ago, and overall it was quite pleasant. The restaurant area offers a lovely view, and we were greeted warmly with tea. The rooms were excellent, featuring nice views and a cozy heater. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Montana Hotel is undoubtedly the finest hotel in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka! We chose this place for our honeymoon, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They celebrated our marriage in such a considerate manner and made us feel truly special right from the moment we arrived until we departed. The team is remarkably professional, friendly, and attentive. Their hospitality surpassed all our expectations, always ensuring we were comfortable and happy. The location is stunning, with views that are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such incredible scenery was a highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is immaculate, elegant, and provides a serene atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. Everything was flawless — the rooms, the service, the food, the views, and, most importantly, the amazing people who work there. We enjoyed an incredible two-night stay at Montagna Luxury Hotel in Nuwara Eliya and truly couldn't have wished for a better experience. From the warm welcome of cinnamon tea upon our arrival to the outstanding hospitality we received throughout our time there, everything was just right. Our luxury triple room was immaculate, spacious, and offered the most stunning view. Waking up to that scenery from our room was an experience we won't forget. The staff paid close attention to every detail and, knowing we were celebrating our anniversary, they thoughtfully arranged beautiful bed decorations and provided us with a complimentary cake, which added a special touch to our stay. The food was incredibly tasty, served in generous portions and of great quality. Each member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and made us feel truly appreciated during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. We would absolutely love to return!

The rooms are in good condition, spacious, and offer a nice view. The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. We spent two nights, and while the food was just okay, the buffet was decent. Overall, there were horses in the background, and I enjoyed the misty weather. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return again! 😊👌

We spent two nights at this hotel and had an incredible experience. Our room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of the plantation, thanks to the staff member Prakash who suggested it. He was very helpful right from our initial phone call to book the hotel. The rest of the staff were also excellent, most being friendly and eager to assist. The food was tasty; breakfast was served as a buffet, while dinner offered an a la carte menu. They genuinely prioritize customer satisfaction; for instance, if we didn’t like a main dish from the a la carte menu, we could request something different. Jeevan from the restaurant was exceptionally supportive, smart, and hardworking. I truly enjoyed everything about this place—the room, the food, the stunning view, and the staff. I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay with your loved ones.
