    Wonderful stay with charming hosts

    This place is simply fantastic! The hosts are extremely friendly, always welcoming guests with a bright smile. The food was delightful, and the room's location overlooking the peaceful valley enhanced the experience even more. The quaint café that serves homemade meals adds a lovely touch. My stay was tranquil and serene, making it the ideal retreat. The owner, who lives downstairs, personally engages with every guest, ensuring everyone feels at ease and at home. It was a remarkable stay—definitely recommended and a must-visit!

    Great stay with minor issues

    The host family was wonderful and the room was a good size. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The location was also convenient. However, the WiFi could use some improvement, and there was no divider in the shower, which meant the entire bathroom got wet.

    Wonderful Family Atmosphere

    Our family had a fantastic experience at the Travellers Nest Inn. The entire family running the place was lovely and went out of their way to help us feel at home. Even though we arrived late, they greeted us with tasty tea, biscuits, and a warm fire in the fireplace. Breakfast was beautifully presented and equally delicious! We truly appreciate the wonderful time we had!

    Situated on the upper side, this place provides stunning mountain views and a cozy vibe, complemented by a welcoming staff. Even though my stay was just for one night, I found it to be quite comfortable. The chicken curry is fantastic!

    Incredible stay in Nuwara Eliya

    This place is fantastic for anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. Our hosts were wonderful—so kind and caring. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far, and we've had quite a few! The room was impressive as well. It had hot water, comfortable clean beds, and the view was absolutely stunning, especially with the balcony. Definitely a must-visit!

    Great hospitality and stunning views

    I am very thankful to the Travellers Nest Inn for their warmth and generosity; I would definitely recommend it! The space is lovely, featuring a breathtaking view from the hill, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the center of Nuwara Eliya. The rooms are cozy, equipped with warm blankets and en suite facilities. During our stay while cyclone Ditwah was occurring, the family took excellent care of us, allowing us to stay as long as we needed and providing us with water and three tasty meals daily. Each morning, we enjoyed a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, accompanied by plenty of tea throughout the day, with dinners that included curry, soup, or noodles. I’m really going to miss that cooking! Our hosts also assisted us in getting the necessary information, and Rukshan kindly drove us to Colombo after a week in Nuwara Eliya once the roads were safe again. A big thank you to Travellers Nest Inn!
