Stunning Views and Great Breakfast

The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was both tasty and abundant. Getting there by car is quite challenging because of the rough roads, but it's manageable using a tuk-tuk or scooter. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views

What a fantastic experience we had! The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, which is sometimes hard to find in rural areas. The bathroom also features hot water and is very tidy. The terrace boasts breathtaking views of the valley, and it’s especially delightful in the early morning while enjoying the generous local breakfast served with a warm smile. A special shoutout goes to the staff, particularly Thanidu, who provided us with outstanding service that rivals top luxury hotels: attentive, responsive, considerate, discreet, and always ready to help. Helpful host, minor bathroom issue

The host was very friendly and attentive, always making an effort to meet our needs. While the bathroom could use some repairs due to a leak under the toilet, everything else was satisfactory. I would recommend this place. Thank you.

Friendly hosts and spacious rooms

I spent the last two days here. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. Both mornings, we enjoyed a varied and fresh breakfast. Most importantly, the bed was great and the shower was hot! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant and relaxed vibe. Just a heads-up: if you're driving here, the road is mostly manageable, but the last 30 meters are quite steep. This posed a bit of a challenge for us with our tuk-tuk, but fortunately, someone on the street came to our aid.

Promising spot near Ella

It's a new place but the service is limited. Cleanliness could be improved. The breakfast options are few. Located about 1 km from Ella, it's an easy walk and quite peaceful. It shows potential, but it hasn't fully realized it yet.

Disappointing stay with many issues

We spent one night here and were really unhappy. There was no hot water in our hotel room, and air conditioning was also absent, which we weren't warned about—very frustrating. The room was extremely dirty; I have photos to prove it. Additionally, the access road was dark and narrow. No assistance was offered; we had to change the dirty sheets right when we arrived, and the towels were just as filthy. An elderly or middle-aged couple would definitely struggle to navigate that steep, hilly road. If I could rate it a 0, I would. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I could provide you with ten more reasons to avoid it. Take care of your health.
