    Stunning Views and Friendly Service

    The room offered a breathtaking view during my three-night stay. Our host, Kumar, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience a good value for the money. Breakfast was exceptional, though they don't serve lunch or dinner. The location is fantastic, and the balcony is a perfect spot to relax for hours. The service was excellent, and the room itself was clean and decent. However, the bed felt a bit small for someone who's 6 feet tall, and the shower lacked water pressure. For meals, you'll need to walk to a few nearby places or head into town, so be ready for some climbing since it’s situated on a hill.

    This homestay in Ella is definitely worth the money! The highlight is the breathtaking view of Ella Rock and the waterfall, which makes every moment feel special. Breakfast is fresh, made to order, and served on the room's terrace. The service is top-notch; the staff is extremely helpful and always willing to assist, especially Kumar. If you want a place with amazing views, delicious food, and excellent service, this is the ideal spot. Highly recommended! 👍

    This guesthouse in Ella is truly fantastic! The highlight is the breathtaking view of Ella Rock and the waterfall, which makes every moment feel special. The service is exceptional—the staff is very helpful and always willing to assist with planning activities and renting scooters.     Excellent stay with amazing views

    I can’t say enough about this property; it was outstanding! It truly exceeded my expectations. The value for the price is unbeatable. Make sure to book the deluxe rooms 201, 202, or 203 for the most stunning balcony and views. They are absolutely amazing. We spent an entire day just lounging on the balcony, with no need to go out except for dinner at the Dream Lounge just outside, which was also fantastic. I had the Sri Lankan curry rice for 1400 LKR. The rooms were spacious and tidy, featuring great WiFi, a kettle, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, and soap. Breakfast was delightful, offering eggs, fruit, and pancakes. The gentlemen managing the property, Mr. Kumar and Raghu, were incredibly helpful and attentive. A tuk-tuk ride from the main street costs around 400-500 LKR, depending on how well you negotiate. Walking back is an option, but it gets quite dark after sunset. If you’re on the hunt for a good dining spot, check out Pool Hut on the main street near the People Bank ATM. It’s a small family-run place with delicious food at reasonable prices. Their avocado toast with eggs and hoppers is excellent! Highly recommended!

    Stunning views and peaceful location

    It's conveniently located near town, yet far enough away to avoid traffic noise. Plus, I think this place has the most incredible view I've ever enjoyed from a balcony.

    Stunning views and friendly service

    Our stay at Onestar Hotel was fantastic! The views were simply breathtaking, showcasing the mountains and providing a clear sight of Kithala Ella, which really enhanced our experience. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with a smile. The food was fantastic as well. It's rare to find such a wonderful mix of beautiful scenery and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

    Stunning views and great breakfast

    Onestar is set in a gorgeous natural landscape, with incredible views from the balconies, particularly at sunrise. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. We really enjoyed a delicious and diverse breakfast. I wish we had stayed more than one night. I definitely recommend this place.

    Stunning views and great service

    Unfortunately, I'm only here for one night, but this place definitely deserves a longer stay. The view is incredible, the room is wonderful, and Mr. Raghu, the staff member, is extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for accommodation in Ella, this is a spot you'll always remember because photos won't do it justice.
