The location of the room is excellent, but that's the only highlight. It had a musty odor, the bed was noisy, and the bolts weren't properly maintained. Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, as the fittings were in poor shape. The food was quite basic, consisting only of roti without any side dish and a fruit platter.

The breakfast view is absolutely stunning! They offer a laundry service for a fee, which is great for travelers. However, we experienced some trouble with the voltage; when we used the hairdryer, the lights started flickering. Additionally, some of the equipment is in poor condition.

This is a fantastic budget option! It's located very close to Ella town, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The staff here are incredibly kind and supportive; they assisted us in finding drivers for other parts of our journey at a reasonable rate. They even provided me with medicine when I wasn't feeling well. However, the bathroom could use some cleaning, though it serves its purpose considering the price.

This property offers a wonderful stay, especially for the spectacular view of Ella Rock. The food was fantastic, and the scenery is truly breathtaking. Bird enthusiasts will be pleased to find about 10 different species in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

During our trip to Ella, we booked two rooms at this property for our group of three. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and offered us a delightful local tea before taking us to our rooms. To our surprise, the rooms were beautiful, thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were impressive as well—large and well-equipped. However, the true highlight was the terrace, which offered breathtaking views of Ella Peak and a lush, green valley. The location is wonderfully tranquil, situated about 600 meters from the town center, so you're away from any traffic noise. Breakfast was another standout, featuring a lovely array of fresh, local flavors, all prepared on-site without any processed ingredients. It's served on the upper floor, where the view is absolutely stunning. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which enhanced our stay. For all these reasons, I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

This place is truly a hidden treasure. The individual cottages are stunning and spotless, featuring a large, comfortable bed, air conditioning, a hot shower, and a well-thought-out design. Chathuri and her family are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful with any arrangements needed. The breakfasts rival the best we've experienced in Sri Lanka. We also went on a Jeep Safari with Gayan, who proved to be an outstanding guide with a wealth of knowledge.

We stayed in one of the upper rooms that offers a fantastic standard and breathtaking views. The family that operates the place is warm and attentive. The traditional breakfast was delicious, enjoyed on a lovely terrace! It's a peaceful spot, not too close (but still far enough) from the bustling town center.

The homestay offers a wonderful atmosphere and stunning views. The host was extremely accommodating and served a fantastic breakfast. It's conveniently located just a short stroll from Ella town. We did encounter a few power outages, which seemed to affect the entire Ella area rather than just this place. The room featured vented slats above the doors that couldn't be closed, allowing numerous insects to enter. Luckily, the bed was equipped with a mosquito net, so this wasn't too problematic. However, the bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant odor that unfortunately lingered.
