Excellent dental service experience
I took my mom to get her tooth extracted, and I was pleased with our visit. The location is very convenient and kept clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help. We didn't have to wait at all, and Dr. Dilini Fernando, who treated my mom, was not only friendly but also very approachable. She did a fantastic job. While the prices are higher than some other places, the quality of service is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Great dental care experience
I visited for a teeth cleaning, and Dr. Champika Weerasuriya was incredibly kind. She highlighted key areas to focus on when brushing and suggested ways to improve my gum health, which isn't the best right now. I appreciated her effort to converse with me in Tamil, despite Sinhala being the main language spoken here. The cleaning cost 5900 Rs, which I thought was very fair. Two years back in Colombo, I spent 15,000 Rs for a cleaning that lasted barely 10 minutes, whereas at Dental One, the dentist dedicated around 30 minutes to the procedure, demonstrating their commitment to quality care. Thank you, and I'll see you again soon.

Terrible dental service experience
This was the worst dental service I’ve ever encountered. Neither the doctor nor the staff seem to know how to show respect for patients or appreciate others' time. Honestly, it doesn't even deserve a single star... 😏 It’s been two months, and I’m still waiting for my refund.

Frustrating experience with appointments
I was really let down by my visit to Dental One Negombo. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and was told to arrive on time. However, when I got there, I found a lot of patients already waiting, and it became clear that multiple people had been given the same appointment slot. Despite having an appointment, I was informed that it’s treated like a queue, so I had to wait until everyone ahead of me was seen. There was no clear timeline or effective system in place. When I inquired about it, they simply stated that this is how they run things. I ended up wasting my time, fuel, and a 30 km trip for nothing. Honestly, it felt like they don’t respect their patients’ time at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
