Lack of Care for Children

I contacted this dental clinic yesterday to explain that my 4-year-old was in severe pain and asked if we could come in without an appointment. The person on the line assured me it would be fine to bring him along. Upon our arrival, we waited over an hour, which I accepted given our lack of an appointment. However, when we finally saw the dentist, he only gave my child a quick check before stating that nothing could be done since we didn't have an appointment. What really disappointed me was the absence of any medicine, pain relief, or even basic advice, especially as my child was crying in pain. There was a noticeable lack of empathy or concern for a distressed young child. If you're seeking a clinic that values patient care, particularly for kids, this is not the right choice. The whole experience felt more about managing appointments and profits rather than providing genuine medical assistance.

Unpleasant experience with arrogant staff

There’s a very arrogant doctor at this place. I was treated by him, and he lied about addressing the nerves in my left tooth. Now, I can’t even drink a small amount of cold water. Eating sour food makes my teeth feel like they’re breaking. Even if this was the only dental care center available, I wouldn’t go back. Their prices are exorbitant and simply unaffordable.
