Terrible experience with dentist

I wouldn't even rate this place with one star. The clinic and the doctor are ridiculous. My partner and I spent six months in Sri Lanka last year and stayed in Negombo for a while. My partner had tooth pain and decided to visit this clinic. We paid a lot of money, but within a month, that tooth started causing issues again. When we returned, the doctor had an attitude. We explained we had a flight to catch, yet we still waited while people were coming and going. He didn’t care at all. I suspect he made a mistake and ignored us while taking more money from others. We ended up waiting for an hour before leaving. Now my partner is in Canada. About a month ago, he experienced severe pain again and had to have the tooth extracted yesterday. We’re unsure what the doctor did, but he clearly caused damage and didn’t take any responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend him at all. He’s a scam artist. Maybe locals have a different experience, but he treated us poorly as foreigners and defrauded us. Please avoid this place.

Terrible experience with dental care

After my daughter had a tooth filled by this doctor, she experienced excruciating pain in her cheek. When I returned to address the issue, the doctor informed me that he had over-drilled the tooth, leading to its impending death. He suggested it would either need extraction or a nerve filling, which would cost 8,500/=. His demeanor was quite angry, and he told me to find another dentist.

The service here is delivered by a skilled and knowledgeable doctor who recommends the best course of action. The fees are fair. While they offer fillings, cleanings, and extractions, I think they should also focus on additional services like dental implants and enhancing alignment.
