Worst Coffee Blends for an overpriced coffee shop?

Ordered a cappuccino and it couldn't have been shittier than that. Another day ordered a coffee frappe and got a really weird blended foamy ass mix of milk and INSTANT COFFEEE? Ordered an ice blended coffee frappe that uses an actual shot of espresso and well even that barely feels like a coffee beverage. and another day ordered an iced chocolate and they asked me if I wanted actually cocoa heavy one or some syrup thing? wtf bro! why are we being so so stingy? also I don't think any of the baristas their have any pride in being a barista. you couldn't possibly serve garbage under the name of Java lounge otherwise? I am just surprised nobody has ever complained about the quality of the things they sell at such exorbitant prices? Why am I paying almost 2000 rupees for a garbage drink you tell me, when all the taxes and shit is added on? and a basic americano comes to 1000 lkr? How is this place even still running selling the garbage they sell?

Mixed feelings about the pastries

The mocha was enjoyable, but I was disappointed with the cheese croissant. Instead of slices, the cheese was grated and had an odd flavor that didn’t resemble cheese at all.

Disappointing Service Experience

I went to the cafe today and had a really disappointing time. The server gave us the menu and after just a couple of minutes, she was quite insistent about us ordering. It would have been better if she had waited until we were ready to decide.

Disappointing takeaway service

I ordered several items today, but the staff placed them in a takeaway cup and then back into a glass, causing the whipped cream to practically dissolve. When I brought it up, they denied their mistake and claimed it had melted. It's hard to believe that could happen like that.
