Exceptional Ayurvedic Experience

Sri Lanka has plenty of spas offering Ayurveda, but I always thought they were just typical oil massages. However, my visit here changed that perception. After a consultation with a doctor who assessed my physical state, body type, and any existing conditions, they tailored a treatment plan just for me. I enjoyed an incredibly detailed massage, the much-anticipated Shirodhara treatment, and received advice for enhancing my constitution. The next day, my skin, which had suffered from UV damage during my travels, felt remarkably smooth! I can't wait to return just for this treatment! ✨
