Exceptional Care at Nawaloka Hospital

I want to extend a big thank you to the team at Nawaloka Hospital’s International Patient Care Unit. Ms. Thushani was incredibly supportive from my initial inquiry, helping us connect with the doctors and establishing a very positive atmosphere. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Ushan, the Public Relations Officer, who was exceptional. He guided us through every aspect of our visit, offering constant support and reassurance until we left the hospital. Their commitment truly reflects genuine Sri Lankan hospitality. It's uncommon to encounter such personalized care in a hospital environment!

Disappointing Customer Service

The doctors at Nawaloka are skilled, and they utilize advanced technology, which is beneficial for customers. However, their customer service is severely lacking. The nurses and customer care staff seem to treat patients as if they are receiving services for free. They really need to improve their communication with patients. Honestly, many government hospitals now provide better customer service than Nawaloka. I'm truly disappointed.

Terrible service at Nawaloke Hospital

The service here is incredibly poor as they fail to provide clear information about the location and which doctor to see; it feels like just a money-making operation. I recently visited to get water removed from my ear, and the doctor recommended three injections to drain it. I was sent to the OPD where I received a cannula and saline, but the wait has been excruciating. It's been over half an hour, and I'm still waiting for the saline to finish. I have noticed a doctor and a nurse, but they seem to be absent most of the time. After calling for assistance, they informed me that my procedure wasn't completed yet. They later returned with a half-hearted apology, which was the only acknowledgment I received. Nawaloke is just a small hospital with minimal care.
