    Disappointing customer service experience

    We visited on Friday for a medical test, and while they sent the results as quickly as they could, I still haven't received the X-ray, drug test, or lipoprotein results. I politely requested a few phone calls to check on the status of these pending results. However, when I called, the receptionist put me on hold and simply said "hello" before hanging up immediately as I was about to respond. The level of customer service here is quite disappointing and lacks basic courtesy. I've been trying to follow up, but it seems hopeless to depend on their service.

    Unacceptable wait time at OPD

    I arrived at OPD at 7:35 AM, and the doctor was about to change shifts. I had an urgent need for medical attention. The doctor was there and loudly informed the staff that her shift was over. I was told that the next doctor would arrive by 8 AM, but now it's almost an hour later, and there's still no doctor in sight.

    Frustrating service and communication issues

    I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. While I was waiting for my appointment, the reception staff didn’t clearly inform me about which floor to go to. Furthermore, there was no update on the doctor’s arrival, despite having the first appointment. The lack of coordination and communication was quite frustrating, and overall, the service was very poor.

    Terrible wait for the bill

    The customer service was appalling. We waited over 3 hours just to receive the bill. When we inquired about the delay, they kept insisting that the doctor hadn’t provided his rate. We then contacted the doctor, who confirmed that the rate had been given once the treatment was completed. I would not recommend this ineffective hospital to anyone.

    Irritating Promotional Calls

    I'm really frustrated that they started using customers' phone numbers for promotions without any warning. It's very annoying to receive unexpected calls for advertisements. These phone numbers are private, and being disturbed by such calls is quite upsetting.

    Comfortable stay with friendly staff

    This review covers my inpatient experience from May 2026. I stayed in the newly rebuilt wing on the 1st floor, which is conveniently located in the city center. There are two entrances, one from Ananda Rajakaruna Mw. and another from Sumathipala Place (note: it's a one-way street). Parking is available for at least 15 vehicles. The room I was given was spacious and modern, featuring good air conditioning, an in-room wash basin, a comfortable bed, a TV with cable, good lighting, a work table, and an extra bed for comfort. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The washroom deserves special mention; it was modern, equipped with hot water, and extremely clean—better than what you'd expect from a hotel. The cost for the AC room is 15K, while the non-AC option is 12K. Unfortunately, they only offer AC rooms, and turning off the AC is not an option, so staying in a non-AC room isn't feasible. The windows have louvers, which prevent any airflow. The support staff, especially the nurses and helpers, were very friendly and accommodating; they even provided us with an extra bed. The food was decent but not remarkable. Regarding costs, the first day is mandatory, with additional charges for half days afterward. The average daily cost without surgery is around Rs. 80,000, which includes the doctors' fees. It seems they are well-versed in the business side of things, similar to other private hospitals, so it's wise to stay alert. As this review is based on my experience without any surgeries conducted yet, that aspect remains to be evaluated. Overall, it was a good experience due to the service provided.

    The home nursing care service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, trustworthy, and dependable when it comes to minor medical issues. As a doctor, I highly recommend their services for newborns. They truly helped me maintain my sanity and showed exceptional care, love, and attention towards my babies. Thank you to the nursing staff for your kindness, professionalism, and the love you provided to my little ones.
