Disappointing customer service experience
We visited on Friday for a medical test, and while they sent the results as quickly as they could, I still haven't received the X-ray, drug test, or lipoprotein results. I politely requested a few phone calls to check on the status of these pending results. However, when I called, the receptionist put me on hold and simply said "hello" before hanging up immediately as I was about to respond. The level of customer service here is quite disappointing and lacks basic courtesy. I've been trying to follow up, but it seems hopeless to depend on their service.
