Disappointing service at Ninewells Hospital
I took my child to Ninewells Hospital and was let down by the service. The wait was excessively long, and I sensed that the staff were not focused on addressing our concerns.

Frustratingly slow service after surgery
This is the most impressive private hospital I've ever encountered. However, it took them three hours to admit the patient and serve snacks and tea after the surgery. Average experience at the hospital
I went to this private hospital to see a specialist. The wait was longer than I anticipated. However, the waiting area was quite spacious and comfortable. The service from the staff was decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. They also had a cafeteria, which I didn't get to try.

Unfair Parking System
The parking system here is unjust. Even if you have a patient who has been admitted, there are no discounts available. Doctors frequently face delays, which leads to patients incurring additional parking charges while they wait. The management feels greedy and uncaring.
