I’ve raised concerns about Nurse Upeksha before, even seven years ago. Having rude and money-focused staff like her is detrimental to the hospital's reputation. It’s a shame to see such a good place affected by nurses like that.

I went to Park Hospital for a dental appointment, and honestly, the only highlight was Dr. Ravini Yaddehige. She was professional, kind, and managed everything very well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The reception area was chaotic, and both staff members seemed rude, particularly to walk-in patients. I even heard them raising their voices during phone calls. Although the hospital has been refurbished, the air conditioning was set uncomfortably high at about 30°C, making it hard to stay comfortable. The pharmacy experience was also lacking. There were two pharmacists present, but one was just standing by while the other was assisting a customer. I only needed a bottle of Belcid, and despite being told it was in stock, I ended up waiting around 20 minutes to receive it. That wait time for such a simple request is hard to justify. Overall, there's definitely a lot of room for improvement in both service and operational efficiency.

My visit to Park Hospital for a wound dressing was a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch. I want to give a special shoutout to the lovely lady at reception—fair and curvy, though I can’t recall her name—who was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my visit. She guided me with patience and made everything straightforward. Additionally, the two nurses who cared for me were highly professional, attentive, and compassionate. They performed the procedure gently and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Overall, I received exceptional care. I highly recommend this place—definitely a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
