    Terrible experience with bridal jewellery

    We had a really frustrating experience with the customer service. At the wedding show, they convinced us to make an advance payment for our bridal jewellery, assuring us we could pick it up from the nearest showroom at the agreed price on the specified date. However, when we called on that date, our order wasn't ready. After receiving a message that the jewellery was ready, we went to collect it, but they refused to sell it at the promised rate, insisting we accept the current gold price instead. I was really let down! The way the salesperson communicated was appalling! We also tried to call the person who initially gave us the special rate, but he ignored our calls for several days!

    Disappointing Experience at Nileka Jewellery

    I'm really let down by Nileka Jewellery in Nugegoda. Their customer service is great until you make a purchase, but after that, they seem to ignore you and don't show any concern. When we were buying, they assured us we could return the jewellery at any time for a full refund, but that feels like a fairy tale now. The sales representative, Sarath 176, was involved in our transaction. We spent 80,000, paying a higher labour fee per pound compared to other shops. I cannot recommend them. Avoid purchasing jewellery from this store.
