I had discomfort in my left knee and severe pain in both shoulders. Thanks to Doctor Dhana, all my pain has disappeared, and my shoulders feel stronger and healthier. After just one session, my knee was stronger than before. Doctor Dhana possesses great knowledge of physiotherapy, which has helped me recover faster, stronger, and better.

Revival Physiotherapy seems more interested in selling packages than in providing care. I had a 5:05 PM appointment but arrived at 5:35 PM due to traffic. They refused to treat me when I got there, offering no refund or alternative. Once you purchase a package, their concern for you disappears. There’s no follow-up, no attention to your injury, and they don’t value your time. It feels like their priority is profit over therapy. They push you to buy packages, and after that, you feel abandoned. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it at all—don’t waste your money or trust here.

The treatment I received was exceptional; I opted for a sports massage, which was incredibly thorough and delivered with professionalism. I went to Revival Physiotherapy today and left feeling quite let down by the service. In my earlier visits, the Indian physiotherapists typically applied supportive taping to my arm and hip, which alleviated my pain and provided great support. However, this time, the therapist declined my request for taping, stating it wasn't necessary. As a patient, I feel that my comfort and overall experience should be prioritized. I really hope the clinic can work on providing more consistent service.
