    Authentic Sri Lankan Home Cooking

    If you're looking for genuine home-cooked Sri Lankan cuisine, this is the place to be. This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We've visited almost every other day during our trip. It's a family-run establishment with the mother and son preparing all the meals. The vegetarian curry is outstanding, and my friend really enjoyed the prawn curry and mahi mahi as well. They even have chess and cards available to pass the time while you wait. We’ll likely return a few more times before we leave!

    Fantastic dining experience in Sri Lanka

    I’m so excited to share that this was the best meal I had in Sri Lanka. We tried a king-sized tuna curry that came with five local appetizers – the pumpkin in coconut milk was absolutely heavenly, along with a beetroot, pineapple, and onion salad, lentils, and a potato pie. Every dish was spot on! One portion is definitely enough for two people. We also got a tuna sandwich, which was just right for sharing as well. They provided complimentary water, cards, and a chess set to help pass the time while we waited. The service was very attentive in a peaceful setting. Bravo!

    Charming Sri Lankan Curry Spot

    This charming restaurant hidden in an alley offers authentic Sri Lankan curry. The service was exceptional; we were provided with chess and cards, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The food was simple yet DELICIOUS. It was certainly one of the best Sri Lankan places we experienced in Weligama.
