Terrible experience with new dentists

The old doctor was great, but the new young dentists told my mother she required a root filling. Instead, they ended up removing the entire tooth, and afterward, the dentist remarked, "Oh, I shouldn't have done that; the tooth was perfectly fine." They didn't even take an x-ray. This feels like medical malpractice and misconduct. It's pathetic and disgusting. If these dentists can't distinguish between a rotten tooth and a healthy one, it would be best for them to stay home.

Disappointed with dental care

I had a poor experience at Primrose Dental regarding a tooth filling. Dr. Nadeesha handled the situation, but unfortunately, she did a very poor job, resulting in the tooth having to be extracted. It seems that inexperience and a lack of proper knowledge contributed to this unfortunate outcome. It's disheartening, as this place used to be the best in Kandy a few years back.

Excellent dental visit with caring staff

I brought my daughter in for a dental checkup, and we had a really positive experience. The staff was friendly and supportive, making her feel at ease. The doctor was gentle and patient during the appointment. We had to wait about an hour, but the outstanding care made it worthwhile. All in all, a fantastic experience—thanks to the entire team!

Don't spend your money here; the doctors are so rushed that they complete their work in mere seconds, attending to numerous patients. As a result, the job feels half done, making it a waste of money.

Terrible service experience

I really don’t even want to give this place one star. I spoke with the dentist, and she advised me that there’s nothing to do for my two-year-old son, except to take care of his teeth going forward. However, the receptionist insisted that I pay a service charge too. I’m fine with the consultation fee, but since no service was provided, why should I have to pay a service charge? On top of that, the receptionist was incredibly rude.
