Unprofessional dental experience

I scheduled an appointment for a tooth filling, but when I arrived, they examined my teeth and, without my consent, proceeded to clean them and fill my tooth, charging me 16,000/= in the process. They didn’t allow me to speak before the cleaning. The service was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. It felt like they were desperate for patients, which led to them overcharging me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointing experience with poor service

About two months ago, I went to this dentist hoping to get a flexible lower denture since I had lost a tooth that left a gap in my current flexible denture. I also sought advice regarding my upper denture, which was shorter than my natural teeth. Instead of providing guidance, the dentist quickly pushed for a metal denture and dismissed the idea of flexible options. Although I initially trusted his expertise, I later felt it was more of a sales pitch, especially considering the steep prices and lackluster customer service. I had to constantly follow up, and the entire process dragged on for over a month with several attempts to take impressions. Ultimately, the metal denture didn't fit properly and was protruding. When I raised my concerns, the dentist maintained that it looked fine and only suggested a repair when I kept insisting. As for my upper denture, he added some rubber material that fell out within thirty minutes, and I was charged for it without receiving a receipt. They did offer to repair it, but I declined because I had lost all hope. Overall, I found the experience quite disappointing—his suggestions seemed more focused on profit than patient care, the service was inadequate for the high cost, and the quality of work did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this clinic, as I found their approach to be disingenuous and unprofessional.
