My experience at Vida Clinic was fantastic. The entire staff was professional, efficient, and attentive throughout my visit. The doctor and team took the time to explain everything thoroughly, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable and confident at every stage. I truly felt relaxed, and they were friendly as well.

Dr. C graciously came to my hotel room to conduct a thorough evaluation when I experienced travel sickness. His approach was compassionate and reassuring. He provided some immediate treatment and organized a team to come to my room later that day with an IV drip and for sample collection. Everything was explained clearly, which helped ease my stress during a tough time. The follow-up communication was also excellent through Whatsapp. I even managed to schedule a follow-up examination on Sinhalese New Year, a day when many other services were closed. Overall, it was a fantastic service from my perspective. I highly recommend Vida if you find yourself unwell while traveling.

I can't express enough gratitude to Dr. Hamza and the team at VIDA Medical Clinic for their outstanding care. My 74-year-old father recently relocated to Sri Lanka and suffered a severe infection from food poisoning. VIDA was remarkable—they came straight to our house, conducted on-site blood tests, and provided the IV treatment he needed to recover. Dr. Hamza was exceptionally professional, kind, and supportive, guiding us through the medications, additional tests, and ongoing care. They ensured he felt entirely at ease.
