I booked a reservation on Doc990 for my sister to see Dr. Haroon Thawfeek regarding her illness. The doctor gave a thorough and clear explanation of her condition, which was incredibly useful. Following the online consultation, we also received a follow-up, which I truly appreciate. This platform is very trustworthy, and I wholeheartedly recommend both Doc990 and Dr. Haroon Thawfeek.

This company is one of the most ineffective I've encountered. I received no assistance at all, despite booking over 100 consultations. After my most recent experience with their team, I’ve decided to stop using their services entirely. If you're thinking about it—DON'T USE THEM!

I placed an order for a face wash on April 1, 2026, through the Doc99 website, drawn in by their same-day delivery promise. However, just minutes after I ordered, I got a notification that my order from Union Chemist via Doc99 Health Mart was cancelled, and that customer service would reach out soon. Unfortunately, I never received a call. I attempted to contact them, but my calls went unanswered, and the number provided in the text message didn't work. Then on Friday, April 3, I got another message indicating my order was ready for dispatch, but it still didn’t arrive. Ultimately, when I called again on Tuesday, April 7, they told me to be patient. A few hours later, my product finally arrived, but the entire experience was quite frustrating and confusing. I chose this site solely because of their same-day delivery guarantee; had that not been advertised, I wouldn’t have placed my order. The timing of my order on April 1 made it feel like they were playing an April Fool’s joke on me.

This place is a complete letdown. I really wish I had looked at the reviews before making a booking. My appointment was canceled by the doctor, and instead of offering a refund, they just read the terms and conditions to me. I'm extremely disappointed. Doc990, you should seriously reconsider running this business and just sell peanuts instead!

I had an awful experience with the service at DOC990. I ordered medicines from their website and was assured my order would arrive within three working days. After waiting those three days, I attempted to call the mobile number they provided, but it was out of service. I then reached out to the DOC990 hotline, and they said they would look into it and that someone would get back to me. I waited another day and called them again, only to receive the same response. Now, it's been two days since that last call, and no one has contacted me. Frustrated, I took it upon myself to call the pharmacy and search for the provided numbers on Google to find out what happened to my order.

The booking fee cannot be refunded, even if the doctor cancels. Payments won't go back to the original payment method, even if you choose the no-show refund service. It's advisable to verify the doctor's availability on this site and contact the hospital directly to schedule an appointment.
