Exceptional Service and Delicious Crab

From the moment I made my reservation until the end of my meal, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. Avishla helped me navigate the menu and recommended the best crab dish. He was extremely patient and did a great job, leaving me very pleased with the whole experience. The meal itself was absolutely delicious, and I appreciated the assistance from Asante, who expertly separated the crab meat for me, making it much easier to enjoy. I also had the option to remove the crab meat, which I appreciated. Chanith was also helpful, ensuring everything I needed was brought to the table. I wholeheartedly recommend the Fat Crab to anyone looking for a straightforward yet delightful meal. I ordered the black pepper crab with a hint of spice, and it was cooked to perfection. I even picked up a handmade souvenir bag for my wife, which was of good quality. Thanks a lot, everyone!

Great crabs at a better price

The crabs here match the quality of those from the Ministry of Carb but come at a slightly lower price. We had a delightful meal for three. Avishka, our server, suggested we try the more affordable 1kg small crabs and offered fantastic crab-peeling assistance – definitely deserving of a thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Exceptional dining experience at Fat Crab

My wife and I dined at Fat Crab in Bambalapitiya, Colombo, on the second Saturday of May, and it truly surpassed our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we received outstanding service from Asanga and the manager, Avishka. Their warm and attentive hospitality made us feel appreciated throughout our visit. The food was absolutely remarkable. The giant crab we ordered was heavenly—cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and simply unforgettable. Asanga deserves a special mention for guiding us on our choices; his recommendations were perfect and enhanced our dining experience. It's not often you find a restaurant that combines amazing food with such top-notch service. Asanga and Avishka are real assets to this place, and their commitment is clearly evident. We wish the whole team continued success and will certainly return soon!

Great food and service!
