Poor management and service at hospital
Located in the heart of Colombo, this hospital is poorly managed. Even at 7 PM, the parking lot was completely full. There was only one spot available in front of the hospital, but the security staff wouldn’t allow anyone to enter in order to admit patients first and sort out parking later. Despite paying for the services, the staff seemed unaware of how to communicate with patients and didn't show any concern for their well-being, focusing instead on trivial matters. I received a message that the channeling doctor had arrived, but I had to wait for a long time. It felt like we had to comply with their orders after paying for their services, rather than receiving proper guidance. This was an urgent appointment for a pressing issue, and I can confidently say it will be my first and last visit here.
