Disappointing experience at Ayush Hospital

On the 18th, I went to Ayush Hospital for a hand injury, but my visit was very disappointing. The doctor in charge exhibited unprofessional behavior and was rough in treating my injury, which only caused me more pain. When I asked for a gentler method to clean my wound, the doctor responded with anger instead of offering the care I needed. Because of this, I had to leave and find treatment elsewhere. Such conduct is unacceptable in any healthcare environment, where patients deserve respectful, careful, and professional treatment. I strongly encourage the hospital management to look into this situation and ensure that patients receive the care, respect, and ethical treatment they are entitled to. No one should have to endure unnecessary pain or intimidation while seeking medical assistance. I truly hope Ayush Hospital takes immediate corrective measures.

The doctor treated patients harshly, showing no compassion or concern for their pain or comfort. Communication was lacking, and the treatment of individuals was completely unacceptable for someone in healthcare. Appalling hospital experience

Our visit to the hospital was the worst we've ever encountered. My brother, who was struggling to walk and breathe, was brought in, yet the staff displayed no sense of urgency or compassion. No one offered to help him sit or move, and a nurse outright refused to assist with the wheelchair. Even after we asked for him to remain on oxygen while we waited for family, they were uncooperative. It felt as though they wanted us to take him away rather than provide assistance. If this is the level of care patients receive, there's no reason for this hospital to continue operating. I'm extremely disappointed and very worried about their standards of care.

Disappointing experience at Ayush Hospital

I want to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to Ayush Hospital on Aluthmawatha Road on the night of 31/05/2026. I went there to get a painful cut on my finger checked out. During my consultation, the doctor quickly informed me that I had diabetes and high blood pressure. While my blood pressure was measured once and showed to be high at that time, I never underwent a diabetes test before this assertion was made. This left me feeling quite anxious and distressed. Worried about the diagnosis, I promptly went to another medical facility to have both my blood pressure and blood sugar levels examined. Thankfully, the results were perfectly normal. I believe that patients deserve accurate evaluations based on thorough examinations and testing. It's important for medical professionals to communicate with patients in a way that provides clarity and reassurance instead of inducing unnecessary fear and anxiety. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and hope that the hospital will reflect on this issue to enhance patient care and communication moving forward.
