Frustrating package pickup experience
They send you a pink letter instructing you to pick up your package yourself if they deem it taxable. You're expected to head to the post office with the right documents, but they're only open for a few hours on Saturdays, which is the only time most working individuals can actually visit. I went to the address listed in the letter, which was an old building on Janadhipathi Road, and to my surprise, there was no one there. After waiting for 15 minutes and feeling quite frustrated, I asked around 10 people for directions, and finally, a tuk-tuk driver offered to take me to the correct location. It turns out that the old post office had relocated a long time ago, yet they still hadn't updated their template letter. The irony is that the place responsible for delivering everyone else's packages can't even provide accurate directions to its own location. Lmao, government services. If you're in need, just search for mail exchange and go there instead.

Frustrating experience with public service
It's disheartening to see the state of public service in our country. As I arrived past 9:00 AM, only four employees were present in this department. They seemed more focused on drinking tea and feeding cats than serving customers. The photocopy machine is broken, so there's no way to pay for a photocopy. Additionally, the staff is quite inattentive. It's frustrating to think that our tax money is going to waste. I've come here to obtain my daughter's postal ID card, but I have no idea how much it will cost or when it will be ready. I'm still waiting.

It seems like this is the only government office without any chairs in the lobby. I was left standing while waiting.
