When it comes to PickMe market, I've had issues where my order gets accepted but then takes an excessively long time to be prepared or for a delivery rider to arrive. There are times when I place an urgent order, but there's no option to cancel if the wait drags on. Especially at night, it's frustrating to be unable to sleep because no one is picking up the order and I can't cancel it.

This review addresses an inaccurate location update on the PickMe app. A well-known spot has been incorrectly changed, and despite submitting numerous complaints, making multiple phone calls, and sending emails with screenshots, we haven't received a proper response. It's been weeks now. Each week, customers keep voicing their concerns, yet no action has been taken. When we call, we're told that a team will get back to us, but no one ever does. As a company that serves the public, it should be a priority to respond promptly and responsibly to customer complaints. It's disappointing that this issue has been overlooked for such an extended period. Other platforms like Google Maps and Uber show the correct location, so it's puzzling why this can't be fixed on PickMe. I'm very disappointed with PickMe's customer service. This situation could have been resolved easily with proper attention and accountability, but they continue to act this way.

I'm completely done with PickMe. Absolutely finished. Today, I ordered food because I was hungry. It took 15-20 minutes for the food to be prepared, but it took an excruciating one and a half hours for a driver to be assigned. ONE AND A HALF HOURS. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the point of delivery to get your food in a reasonable time? You can’t even lodge a complaint. Their so-called “hotline” is useless, there’s no way to report issues via the app, and emails go unanswered. Yet somehow, they still manage to call from hidden numbers to ask why I didn’t accept the food after two long hours. This is beyond incompetent. It’s no surprise everyone is switching to Uber. I’ve officially deleted PickMe. And to add to the mess? Last week, my mother booked a ride. The driver sounded drunk on the phone, which was a huge red flag. He still showed up, and when she got in, he refused to take her because she had fish—just normal groceries, nothing excessive. Instead of acting professionally, this intoxicated jerk began swearing at her. She felt unsafe and got out of the taxi. And of course, no response from PickMe. No follow-up, no escalation, no accountability—because their “support” is nonexistent. At this point, it’s painfully clear: PickMe promotes terrible service and potentially drunk driving. They’ve completely neglected any responsibility for customer safety or basic service standards. If you’re still using PickMe… just stop. It’s not worth your time, money, or safety. I’m furious and want everyone to know: PickMe is failing catastrophically on all levels. P.S. Uber is great.
