Invite your customers to review you

As a claimed owner, you can ask your existing customers to leave an honest review. These are the most trusted reviews on your listing — copy the templates below, fill in the blanks, and send them through your normal channels.

Before you send

  1. 1Find your listing link. Go to your business page on Review Guru and copy the URL from the address bar — it looks like https://reviewguru.lk/biz/your-business-name
  2. 2Replace every placeholder. Swap [Business Name], [Customer name], and the listing link before you send.
  3. 3Send to real customers only. People who have visited or bought from you. Do not blast strangers or buy lists.

Best for post-purchase or follow-up emails. Works well from a personal address — customers respond more to a name than a no-reply address.
