    Mixed Experience with Beach Access and Service

    The hotel doesn't have direct access to the beach, as erosion has taken it away. You have to walk quite a distance on a narrow walkway to reach the beach. The staff seemed unfriendly and had a dismissive attitude towards local guests. The rooms are decent for the price. On Booking.com, the hotel advertised a bed and breakfast option, but when we called, they informed us that we had to choose the half-board plan, which only included local rice and curry for dinner. When we inquired about other dinner options, the staff member mentioned it was due to strict guidelines from the lady boss. The staff often justified their shortcomings by citing her rules. The rice and curry were not worth it, and the breakfast included toasted bread that wasn't sandwich bread, costing Rs. 130.00.

    Great getaway at Ypsylon

    I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked a weekend at Ypsylon, but it turned out to be one of my best getaways in a long time. The atmosphere strikes the right balance—both relaxed and refined. I’ll always remember enjoying coffee by the beach while taking in the stunning view. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, offering local insights that enhanced my trip. The attention to detail, from the cozy decor to the delicious seafood dishes, truly made it feel like a home away from home. If you're seeking a memorable stay, this is the place! I’ll definitely return to Ypsylon soon.

    Beachfront Bliss with Great Service

    The location is ideal, right on the beach, and waking up to the sound of waves and wind is simply divine. In the off season, the beach can be a bit rocky, but the sunsets are truly stunning. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with daily cleaning by the housekeeping staff. The team here is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you're comfortable. The ayurvedic treatments stand out as a major highlight for unwinding. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peace and excellent service.

    Welcoming and skilled staff

    The team here is incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Ayurveda therapists are not only highly competent but also professional and compassionate. I truly value the doctors and the Ayurvedic manager, who take the time to clarify every procedure, comprehend my personal requirements, and customize the treatments to suit me. Additionally, they offer a German and Russian guide for day tours, allowing us to enjoy both sightseeing and our treatments without a hitch! All in all, it was a fantastic experience—definitely recommended!

    Exceptional Ayurveda Retreat Experience

    Our expectations were surpassed in every way! The morning yoga sessions with Dr. T were not only beneficial for our bodies and minds, but they also served as a true inspiration. With his engaging personality, patience, and deep understanding, he guided us into the realm of yoga. The standout moment for us was the pulse diagnosis performed by Dr. Tisara, who accurately pinpointed our health issues. This made us feel secure in his care as we enjoyed healing treatments and massages delivered with great attentiveness by the therapists. Plus, we were treated to freshly prepared meals every day! The young, committed receptionists were attentive and catered to our every need with impressive care. The fantastic kitchen staff, along with the consistently friendly roomboys and gardeners focused on maintaining the beautiful grounds, all played a role in making our stay truly memorable. Once again, a massive thank you to Ypsylon and the entire team - you provided us with an unforgettable Ayurveda getaway!

    We spent three nights at Ypsylon Resort, and it was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was good, and the view from outside our rooms was breathtaking. 🌴☀️🌊

    Great value with stunning views

    This is a nice spot considering the price, although the location is somewhat isolated. We only stayed for one night while traveling along the coast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the views of the water were incredible.

The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and truly caring, creating an environment of comfort and tranquility. Lastly, the lead doctor here is remarkable; he identifies your issues before you even bring them up. His consultation left a lasting impression on me. If you're seeking profound restoration, natural healing, and a complete mind-body reset, this is the place to be. Ypsylon became my sanctuary of balance.

    An ideal spot for unwinding and rejuvenating. The Ayurveda offerings, along with professional medical care, treatments, meals, and yoga, are top-notch. The welcoming atmosphere, cozy rooms, lovely garden, and proximity to the beach and ocean enhance the enjoyment of your visit.

    Friendly staff and good food

    The employees here are incredibly welcoming, and the food is tasty, with the fish curry being my personal favorite. It's a peaceful and calming atmosphere. There's also an Ayurvedic medicine center on the premises, and I tried a pulse reading with the doctor just out of curiosity.
