Everything is excellent. The doctors are top-notch, the nurses and staff are fantastic, and the care provided is outstanding. I have no complaints. I am truly pleased and satisfied with the service at Western Hospital and its staff.

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled a lactation counseling session through Doc990, but on the day of the appointment, I received a call saying I needed to make an extra payment at the hospital that was never mentioned when I booked. When I raised my concerns, they insisted I either pay the additional fee or cancel the appointment. After a lengthy argument, they finally agreed to give me a partial refund. Such last-minute hidden fees are incredibly unprofessional, especially in the healthcare field.
