    Great food and service at Vintara

    I visited Vintara Resort back in April, and the location remains perfect. The food was delicious, and the service was good. The staff were friendly too.

    Disappointing Experience Overall

    I was quite let down by the service and maintenance here. They advertise full board, but upon arrival, we found it was just bed and breakfast for 25,000. The washrooms were in very poor condition, there was no hot water, and service was incredibly slow. To top it off, there was no power backup or even an emergency lamp. This was truly the worst experience of our lives.

    Charming spot with room for improvement

    This place was once a top-notch establishment, but it seems to be struggling at the moment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was decent. However, the low number of customers is a concern; maybe they should consider attracting tour groups along with a door-to-door safari service. The prices felt a bit steep compared to other options in the area. Overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here; it’s a lovely find in a peaceful setting.
