This is a tranquil spot close to the beach and Mount Lavinia railway station. The room was tidy, the host was friendly, and the prices were fair. If you come from the Mount Lavinia bus stand, it's about a 5 to 10-minute walk (approximately 500 meters). A tuk-tuk ride costs around 100 rupees. Early check-in is also an option.

I've visited this spot several times over the past two months, and each visit has been enjoyable. It's a great value for Colombo. Jagath has been fantastic; he has cooked for me multiple times and has gone out of his way to assist me! I highly recommend it.

The rooms are quite large and spotless. The beds and accommodations match the pictures they provided. They also supply amenities such as towels, soap, and bed linens. This is an excellent choice for budget travelers. You can call to inquire about prices. Early check-in is available without any extra charge, which is great since I typically arrive around 5 AM while their standard check-in starts at 9:30 AM. They are very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't meet the owners, but the caretaker was quite bothersome. It doesn't feel very welcoming, and there are definitely better alternatives available for the same price.

This place isn't ideal for families, particularly those with children. The atmosphere feels quite creepy and neglected, resembling a ghost town. Additionally, be sure to verify whether you’re reserving an AC or non-AC room, as that information wasn't obvious.

The room is compact but exceptionally clean. The bathroom is quite nice as well. It would be an improvement if the room had a bit more space. Overall, the place is pleasant, and the service is commendable too.

We made an online reservation and were pleased with our choice upon arrival. As a local, I can confidently say there's no better room available for this price, especially in Mountlavinia. I noticed some reviews mentioned noise from the nearby railway station, but overall, it was a worthwhile experience.

I highly recommend this place for a stay. The rooms are clean, the owner is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is cozy. It's also within walking distance to the beach. We checked out after the designated time, and they were accommodating, for which I’m very thankful. Greetings from Lithuania!
