    Great Authentic Sri Lankan Meal

    We accidentally discovered this restaurant and ended up having an amazing meal! The atmosphere is minimal and relaxed, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We ordered the curry and rice, which was outstanding. We've paid twice as much for inferior curry along the beachfront in the past, so this was a delightful surprise. If you're seeking a more genuine Sri Lankan dining experience, this place is definitely worth checking out! 🙌

    Fantastic spot in Ahangama

    Townhouse Ahangama truly lives up to the hype. From the moment you step inside, it just feels right. The owner, being local, has crafted a wonderful atmosphere that radiates good energy throughout the place. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. Everything flows seamlessly, from the environment to the food. This is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Ahangama, and likely one of our top choices in Sri Lanka. It’s absolutely worth a visit.

    Delicious food in a cozy spot

    The food is incredibly tasty, and the service is top-notch in a charming, minimalist setting! Be sure to check out the family photos in the frames on the wall; they add such a nice touch. I absolutely adore this place. I've been here over seven times, and each visit has left me completely satisfied. Just a heads up, they only accept cash, and the service charge isn't included, so tips are welcome. My go-to dish is the extra spicy chicken curry paired with red rice, and the watermelon juice is incredibly refreshing. I can't wait to come back soon!

    Outstanding Dinner Experience in SL

    We dined here last night and it was definitely the best meal we've enjoyed since arriving in Sri Lanka a few weeks ago. We chose the rice and curry with chicken, along with watermelon juice and mango passion fruit juice. Everything was spot on. If rice isn't a regular part of your diet, I'd suggest splitting one portion between two people, as we did. The curries are all seasoned mildly, making them suitable for everyone. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and engaging, and the ambiance was warm and inviting.

    Delicious Curry in a Cozy Spot

    Tucked away amidst the bustling streets of Ahangama close to the railway station, this restaurant boasts a tropical yet minimalist design. Out of all the rice and curry I sampled during my trip, this was undoubtedly the best. The chicken curry had a delightful spiciness, complemented perfectly by the flavors of the coconut sambal and eggplant moju. The roti was also excellent. They offer a selection of refreshing drinks that pair wonderfully with the food.
